Terms & Conditions

All quotations are based on the size of the property, number of rooms and the level of cleaning required. Prices are provided as estimates starting 'from' a set amount and may vary depending on the condition of the property upon arrival. The final price will be confirmed following an initial inspection on the day of service.

All bookings must be confirmed in writing. Confirmation includes service type, date and time, estimated duration and estimated price. Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed time. If access is not available, a call-out fee may apply.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept Bank Transfer, Revolut and Cash. Invoices are available upon request. We charge 40% for one-off cleans: deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and start-and end of tenancy cleaning.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in removal from our regular schedule.

If the property condition differs significantly from what was described at booking, additional time and charges may apply. Any adjustments will be discussed and agreed before proceeding with the service.

Clients must provide access to water and electricity, secure valuables prior to service and inform us of any delicate or sensitive surfaces. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not disclosed prior to cleaning.

We take pride in delivering a high standard of professional cleaning. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion, clearly outlining the areas of concern. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, return to re-clean the specific areas at no additional charge. This guarantee applies only to the original scope of work agreed at booking. Refunds are not provided for services already completed; however, we are committed to resolving any genuine concerns promptly and professionally. Access to the property must be provided for any re-cleaning visit.
